Before we can proceed with the logo design process, I want to make clear that my design process is collaborative in nature, and requires your input/feedback throughout the process.

This was clearly stated in the initial contact form you filled out when you originally contacted me.

In addition, our online agreement states that I may further clarify your desired concept or aesthetic before moving onto the next phase of the project. And that no work on the design options will begin until after you have answered all of my (the designer’s) questions.

Also, each phase of the project must be completed before we move onto the next phase in the project.
