NASA’s Orion spacecraft is designed to take humans farther than ever before — from the Moon under Artemis to future missions into deep space. The challenge was making such a highly technical program resonate with the public, educators, and audiences around the world. Our role was to extend Orion’s story through creative tools that inspire, educate, and engage at every level.
Turning Complexity into Clarity
Orion is a masterpiece of engineering, but its story risks being buried under acronyms and technical detail. We created communication assets that translated complexity into clarity — animation, motion graphics, and video explainers that made the spacecraft’s mission both understandable and inspiring. From launch sequences to cut-downs for digital platforms, every piece was designed to be accurate, visually striking, and accessible.
Designing Experiences Beyond the Launchpad
We brought Orion’s story into public environments through exhibition design. From aerospace conferences to science centers and visitor installations, branded displays, graphics, and interactive kiosks gave audiences a way to experience deep space exploration in tangible, engaging ways.
Inspiring the Next Generation
Education was central to the project. We developed STEM outreach kits, posters, and classroom materials that connected Orion’s mission to everyday learning. By combining imagery with hands-on educational tools, we helped spark curiosity and connect today’s missions with tomorrow’s explorers.
A Story That Travels
From animation packages shared across digital channels to traveling exhibitions that reached new audiences, our work extended Orion’s visibility far beyond the launch window. Engagement with Orion content increased significantly across NASA’s platforms, while exhibitions and educational initiatives drew record participation from schools and museums. The outcome was not just higher visibility, but a clearer, more compelling story of why Orion matters — told in ways that resonate with people everywhere.
