Cosmore is a modern real estate group with a mission to deliver a full-service, stress-free home buying experience—starting with the agent. With a focus on high-end properties and a growing client base of investors and families, Cosmore needed a distinct visual identity that would align its values, empower its agents, and resonate with today’s more informed, more demanding buyers.

As the brand prepared to launch its new user home search web app feature, it needed more than just a logo—it needed a full identity system and storytelling foundation that reflected its professionalism, agent-first model, and promise of honest, high-touch service.

Discovery

We began by immersing ourselves in Cosmore’s world—interviewing agents, reviewing buyer data, and analyzing how clients currently engage with real estate brands. From our conversations, a few key patterns emerged:

Buyers—especially families and luxury clients—are more informed, more diverse, and expect real service beyond flashy listings.

Agents are frustrated by platforms that bypass them or treat them as secondary. Cosmore saw this as a core differentiator: the agent is the client.

Buyers wanted fewer handoffs. 35% told us they’d prefer a one-stop experience covering real estate, titles, and mortgage. They were looking for clarity, not complexity.

We also uncovered emotional drivers: Clients wanted to feel safe, understood, and guided. Agents wanted to feel respected, supported, and empowered. This early discovery gave us the foundation to design an identity system that could balance trust, simplicity, and luxury—while speaking directly to both groups.

Challenge

The challenge was to create a brand system that could express Cosmore’s key values:

Professionalism & knowledge — both buyers and agents cited this as a non-negotiable.

Client-first service — buyers wanted peace of mind; agents needed a support system.

Growth & opportunity — Cosmore isn’t just local. It’s expanding into New York and Europe, attracting commercial and residential clients across markets.

We also needed the identity to feel modern but timeless—appealing to both newer, investment-savvy buyers and longtime residents looking for trusted partners.

Ideation

With these insights in hand, we explored visual cues that could speak to the full Cosmore story.

Nature-inspired shapes: Concepts like leaves, waves, and circles signaled peace, trust, and renewal—connecting with the emotional side of homeownership.

Color palette: We used deep green for security and growth, paired with cool gray for experience and neutrality. This balanced emotional comfort with professional polish.

Typography: Clear, open sans-serif type gave the brand a human tone—approachable, but confident.

Modular structure: The identity system needed to be flexible enough to support listings, agent tools, marketing, and product UI—without losing consistency. Design tokens and component libraries ensured a seamless experience across surfaces.

Every direction we explored was grounded in research: Buyers wanted simplicity and emotional resonance. Agents wanted clarity and tools that made their jobs easier. The identity system had to do both.

Concept Development

Through an iterative, collaborative design sprint with Cosmore leadership, we developed and refined several visual directions. Each concept was tested for how well it connected emotionally with both agents and buyers—balancing symbolism, scalability, and brand alignment. We explored how real estate metaphors, cultural inclusivity, and trust-based elements could be visually expressed, then built mood boards and prototypes to evaluate their impact. The final system emerged from this process, shaped by both vision and validation.

Execution & Results

The final identity system delivered:

A logo that reflected clarity and trust, with a keyhole concept that directly connects to real estate in a memorable way.

A visual language that used nature-based symbolism, clean iconography, and intuitive layouts across digital and print.

A component library with design tokens and scalable UI assets to support marketing, product, and agent materials.

A brand guideline system that aligned internal teams and gave agents tools to tell consistent, powerful stories.

Everything was designed to empower the agent—Cosmore’s core client—and bring simplicity to the buyer’s journey.

The Future

Cosmore is expanding—growing into new markets like New York and Europe. Its agent-centric model is designed to scale, supported by a brand identity system that tells the story of trust, growth, and human connection.

With a clear mission—to guide, support, and simplify—Cosmore now has the tools to do just that. The brand is no longer just a name. It’s a system built to grow with its people.
