Michael Bassolino leads positioning and strategic direction. He works with founders and executive teams to define how companies are understood, differentiated, and built to compete.
He establishes positioning, category, and narrative. This work creates the foundation that guides identity, communication, and experience as companies grow and evolve.
He advises leadership at pivotal moments, including launch, expansion, and transformation. His role is to define the direction and ensure everything follows it.
Off Script:
Michael has lived in Thailand, traveled to over 20 countries, and probably made at least one questionable decision in each of them. He’s motorbiked through rainforests, gotten lost (on purpose) in waterfalls with no names, and once recorded an earthquake he was in—like a journalist, but for fun.
And oh—he makes an addictive marsala sauce from scratch.
