Green Forge Studio is a music production brand specializing in original compositions for fantasy, sci-fi, and adventure-driven media. As the studio expanded its client base across games and film, it needed a logo and app identity that embodied the epic tone of its work while signaling professionalism to producers seeking immersive soundtracks.
Discovery
We partnered with the Green Forge Studio leadership team to understand the emotional tone and narrative scope their music supports. Their work spans fantasy, adventure, and magic-heavy genres, so we focused on themes that would resonate with their primary clients—game studios, film directors, and content creators in immersive storytelling media.
Challenge
The challenge was to create a visual identity that reflected the craft of world-building through music—striking a balance between fantasy artistry and industry credibility. It needed to feel forged, not polished; cinematic, not corporate.
Ideation
We explored symbols of craft and mythology, landing on a sword-and-anvil motif to represent forged creativity and heroic soundscapes. A chiseled serif typeface anchored the logo in fantasy tradition, while remaining clean enough for digital platforms and app interfaces.
Concept Development
During design sprints, we refined icon and typography combinations that captured both strength and imagination. Mood boards were built around epic tone, metallic texture, and mythic symbology to ensure the brand felt instantly familiar to fantasy and sci-fi audiences.
Execution & Results
The final identity—a sword struck into an anvil—projects power, artistry, and purpose. Paired with the chiseled type, the brand now stands as a visual promise of rich, immersive sound for genre creators. The companion app interface mirrors this identity, offering users a cohesive experience from pitch to production.
