clear your browser cache. Then close out all your tabs. Quit your browser. Then reopen your browser. We recommend using google chrome.

open an incognito window, paste the url and login with the credentials in the last email we sent).
Step 3: If the above still didn’t work check to ensure your browser has been updated to the latest version. And also try using a different browser and/or device to login.
Clearing your browser cache will ensure you're seeing the most up to date version of the website as old caches on your site may be showing an older version of the site.
